libllvm-3.4-ocaml-dev software package provides Modular compiler and toolchain technologies, OCaml bindings, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libllvm-3.4-ocaml-dev
libllvm-3.4-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libllvm-3.4-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libllvm-3.4-ocaml-dev *
